Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 to break a lease at any time, which can be lowered to $3,000 if you’re able to give a 60 day notice.
Yes, Verge and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities require a credit check to be performed during the application process.
Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required that is used to cover the application, personal screening, and processing charges necessary for renting a new apartment.

No, Verge does not allow our Residents to prepay their full lease. Rent is to be paid on a monthly basis on the first of every month.
A security deposit is required before lease signing. The amount is dependent on the review of your application screening. Verge Luxury Flats also has a non-refundable deposit option.
